Elks Recreation Area

Welcome to the Elks Recreation Area!

Scoggins Valley Park offers a wide variety of recreational activities, from water sports and birdwatching to miles of hiking and cycling trails throughout the park. Open year-round, soak in the views of the Oregon Coast Range. The Elks Recreation Area is popular for picnicking and launching non-motorized watercraft, and is an ideal spot to take a break, rest and enjoy the splendor of the region.

While exploring the region, look for the "Tualatin Valley Bike Hub" signs, to help you navigate the region and experience the scenic, natural and cultural highlights of the valley. The Bike Hubs where created in partnership with the Washington County Visitors Association, local communities and land managers.
